As a ministry of Denton Bible Church, our goal is to create and establish meaningful relationships with those that are under-resourced within our community. We seek to build bridges to both a loving God and a community of support that is committed to meeting their physical and spiritual needs. At the end of the day, we recognize that we all suffer from the brokenness of our world — no matter our economic status, race, health, or age — and the message of Jesus Christ’ life, death, and resurrection is the hope that we have to offer. We believe that poverty is rooted in broken relationships and because of that our solutions must be rooted in the power of Jesus’ death and resurrection to put all things into right relationships again. Our message to our clients (and volunteers…and anyone who will listen) is “I’m broken, you’re broken, but Jesus can fix us both.”
Mission Statement…
Our mission is to be a Vision of Good News by addressing real needs and offering real hope to the people we serve.
